“I started like you, with a passion for performing arts, a belief in the benefits and a desire to pass it on to as many young people as possible. I love seeing that once shy child progress in confidence and take on a big role in the end of term performance. Nobody believes me now, but I was once that shy child, hanging on to my mother’s legs! I believe my love of performing arts and the training that followed contributed to who I am today and my business success.”

Nicola Lander, Founder

At Jigsaw, we really believe in the benefits of what we provide to young people. There is nothing we love more than hearing from past students and seeing how their performing arts skills have helped prepare them for life’s challenges whether they work in the industry or elsewhere. In fact, some students have remained in the Jigsaw family and become assistants, teachers, managers and now franchisees.  That is the ultimate goal and is what contributes to creating ‘A Place to Belong’ with our students and franchisees.

What is Jigsaw?

Our model is beautifully designed, and allows creative professionals like you the opportunity to run a business for yourself without the fear of setting off on the journey alone.

As a Jigsaw franchisee, you will run performing arts classes for students aged 3 – 18 years at the weekend. Each school is a morning or afternoon session on Saturday or Sunday. Our 3-4 years and 5-6 years students attend a 90-minute session with a specialist performing arts teacher. Our 7 – 18 years are divided into three age groups and attend for 3 hours, enjoying an hour of each, dance, drama and singing with three professional teachers.

As the business owner, you would oversee the successful running of your school every weekend, delivering first class customer service ensuring every one of your students has a fantastic experience. The administration would be carried out during the week at times suitable to you.
