At Jigsaw, the safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority. Safeguarding means protecting children’s health, wellbeing, and human rights, ensuring they live free from harm, abuse, and neglect. It’s a shared responsibility, and we take it seriously.
Alongside our comprehensive safeguarding policies, we have a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for the entire Jigsaw network, Rachel. Rachel is fully trained and highly experienced in this role, ensuring that every Jigsaw school operates to the highest standards of safety and care. She is accessible to all families and staff, so if you have any concerns and prefer not to speak directly to your on-site manager or teacher, you can reach out to her.
Safeguarding is more than just policy, it’s embedded in everything we do. We believe that every child has the right to feel safe, valued, and heard. Our team works together to: create an environment where children can learn and grow confidently, identify and respond quickly to any safeguarding concerns and support children and families when additional help is needed.
