Each term, we interview a large number of candidates to ensure we select only the very best for our schools.
Many of our teachers work, or have worked within the professional performing arts industry, bringing real-world experience into the classroom. Some dedicate 100% of their time to teaching, creating a consistent and supportive environment for students. Others continue to perform professionally, which means they bring fresh ideas, current industry knowledge, and the latest trends in choreography and technique. We believe in providing the perfect balance of both, ensuring children benefit from experience and innovation in equal measure.
Every Jigsaw teacher is fully DBS-checked, and all new teachers attend compulsory training sessions in central London to learn our structured approach. Existing teachers also attend regular workshops to refresh their skills, and all classes are monitored by our head office to maintain the highest standards.
